    • A: Yes, we are fully licensed by the state of Missouri and maintain comprehensive liability insurance.

    • A: Yes, we provide nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day following established dietary guidelines. Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

    • A: We believe in providing a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow through play-based activities. We focus on fostering social, emotional, and cognitive development.

    • A: We are located in Maryland Heights, Missouri.

Daily Activities

  • Q: What does a typical day look like?

    • A: Our daily routine includes free play, circle time, story time, outdoor play, meals, naps, and age-appropriate activities.

  • Q: Do you have an outdoor play area?

    • A: Yes, we have a safe and enclosed outdoor play area where children can enjoy fresh air and physical activity.

  • Q: What types of activities do you offer?

    • A: We offer a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, music, sensory play, educational games, and dramatic play.

  • Q: Do you have a curriculum?

    • A: We incorporate age-appropriate learning into our daily activities, focusing on early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

Health and Safety

  • Q: What are your health and safety policies?

    • A: We maintain a clean and sanitary environment, follow strict handwashing procedures, and have a clear illness policy. We keep current certifications in American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED, including infant and child modules, and I (Alison) am registered through the state of Missouri as a Developmental Disabilities Medication Aide.

  • Q: What happens if my child gets sick?

    • A: We will notify you immediately if your child becomes ill. Please keep your child home if they have a fever, contagious illness, or other symptoms.

  • Q: What is your policy on administering medication?

    • A: We can administer medication with written authorization from a parent and a doctor's prescription.

  • Q: Do you have any emergency procedures?

    • A: Yes, we have established emergency procedures for fire, severe weather, and any other potential emergencies.

Enrollment and Policies

  • Q: How do I enroll my child?

    • A: Please contact us to schedule a tour and receive an enrollment packet.

  • Q: What paperwork is required for enrollment?

    • A: We require an enrollment form, immunization records, emergency contact information, and a signed contract.

  • Q: What is your tuition rate and payment schedule?

    • A: Our tuition rate is $370 per week for ages 0-2, $320 per week for ages 2-4, and $270 per week for ages 4-6. Payments are due every Friday for the following weeks tuition.

  • Q: What is your policy on late pick-ups?

    • A: We employ a 10 minute grace period that can be utilized 3 times per semester, after the grace period, or if the 3 grace periods have been used, a late pick-up fee of $5 per minute will be charged (Late fees may be waived in the case of an actual emergency)

  • Q: What is your holiday policy?

    • A: We are closed for all major holidays.

  • Q: What is your policy on termination of care?

    • A: We require 2 weeks notice for termination of care.

Communication

  • Q: How do you communicate with parents?

    • A: We communicate with parents through daily reports, phone calls, text messages, and email.

  • Q: Can I visit my child during the day?

    • A: Yes, parents are welcome to visit, but please let us know in advance.

    • A: My experience as a Registered Behavior Therapist and my registration as a Developmental Disabilities Medication Aide, has given me the skills and knowledge to care for children with diverse needs.
